**Labor Relations Partner**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Employee Relations**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
- Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution in alignment with company policies.

**2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**:

- Support onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination.

**3. Training & Development**:

- Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations.

**4. Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in internal/external audits and generate required HR reports (EEO, workplace safety, etc.).

**5. Compensation & Benefits Support**:

- Support payroll and benefits administration in partnership with HR or payroll teams.

**6. HR Operations & Projects**:

- Assist in implementation of HR programs or special projects (e.g., diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives).
- Manage employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data in HRIS systems.
- Support organizational change efforts, including workforce planning and restructuring.

**Required Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role or similar.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Advanced English
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS) and standard office like Microsoft Office.
