As a growth hacker in our agency, you will act as a marketing expert, execute Google campaigns, advise the team and clients on best marketing and sales strategies, share knowledge, and empower the team with expertise and tools.

Aside from being responsible for managing the paid advertising campaigns, you will also act as a liaison between the internal team and our customers. Your main goal is to ensure campaign results from our advertising campaigns and weekly or daily optimization of all of your campaigns. In addition, your objective will be to increase customer retention and ensure customers are thrilled to be working with Motion

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
- Optimize daily Google campaigns.
- Set up tracking and analytics.
- Conversion rate optimization
- Developing and managing website content
- Find and target audiences.
- Manage around 25 accounts.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of Google Ads experience.
- Advance English Communication Skills

**Benefits and Salary**

- Salary will range from $1,500 to $3,000 per month, depending on your expertise.

You will need to answer questions in video format.

Pay: $25,064.94 - $60,000.00 per month
