**InfoVision** has a need for an experienced **IT Recruiter **with excellent skills and experience for our Guadalajara, Mexico office. **InfoVision** provides competitive salary and benefits.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5+ years’ experience in recruiting for IT companies.
- Proven TOP PERFORMER. Ability to multi task on multiple challenging requirements.
- Proven track record in recruiting top performing fulltime IT roles (Java,.Net, Full-stack developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX etc.)
- Experience sourcing from multiple sources including online resume databases, job boards, social media, IT tools, partners, networking, referrals etc.
- Experience using technology to source creatively for the tough requirements.
- Extensive social media recruiting experience will be a big plus
- Excellent team player building good rapport with internal customers.
- Strong English communication skills - oral and written.
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, IE, Excel)
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, hardworking individual with impeccable ethical standards.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant area required
