**IT RECRUITER**We're looking for an IT Recruiter with excellent English language skills and solid experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment, to help us expand and support our fast-growing team.If you love people, have experience as a recruiter, enjoy sourcing and hiring consultants and developers, and are a great communicator, we'd love to hear from you.Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.OnsiteQualifications we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.- End-to-end responsibility for IT recruitment process- English level: Intermediate/Advanced- Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and more.- Passion and understanding of technology and tech companies.- Excellent verbal and communication skills.- Able to work as a team and maintain open communication.Recruiter Responsibilities:- Recruit top IT talent and match their career goals with our clients’ hiring needs.- Write and post technical job descriptions.Other Qualifications- Self-motivated and aggressive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments.- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.- Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.- Sourcing activities in different job boards.- Excellent positive attitude.- A creative mindset to generate new ideas to achieve the goal even with the IT market challenges.- Team player.**Benefits**:- Medical insurance with a premium insurance company.- Excellent dynamic working culture.- Bonus for paternity/maternity.- Support with courses and continuous training.- Competitive salary with above-the-law benefits.- Placement bonuses.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)
