**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Position objective**:
Coordinates and supervises all production metal section activities and operations, including budgeting and planning, organization of work areas, production scheduling and program execution, review and monitoring of production results of the metal section in line with policies, procedures and rules defined to meet quality standards, semi-finished product extrusion needs and performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree Engineering (industrial, mechanical, chemistry, metallurgy)
- Master's degree in, manufacturing engineering, industrial and technical fields (mechanic & electric) preferred
- Ideally 5 years of experience in automotive industry (cooper wiring, extrusion, plastics or other materials)
- Experience in cable production (desirable)
- Lean Manufacturing certifications
- ERP/MRP management
- Production Planning and Scheduling, Process Improvement Techniques, Manufacturing Quality Standards, Continuous Improvement Techniques, Budgets and cost estimation, project management, risk management general knowledge.
- KPI's set up and management
- Cost reduction activities on the lines
- Efficiency projects implementation
- People management and development
- MS Office proficient
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Visa laser and passport.
- Availability of travel.
- Schedule availability
