**Job Summary**:The Production Manager is jointly responsible, along with Process Improvement personnel, for the on-time production of 100% first quality products. The Production Manager and Process Improvement personnel will work jointly as a team. The Production Manager is responsible for seeking product quality and production improvements as well as the efficient utilization of materials and supplies. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance of a well-trained, motivated, and disciplined production associate team including job assignments, final approval of applicants, and maximum utilization of associates.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time deliveries.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and supervises his production team to run optimum day-to-day operations.
- Determines material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements on a daily basis.
- Maintains communication with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and shipping.
- Evaluates machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime.
- Controls costs and maintains current quality standards
- Ensures all safety and health standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer
- We need to have a working Manager that can support directly with production start up.
- Low Volume / High Mix manufacturing experience is a requirement.
- Lean Manufacturing principles with workflow set up is required.
- English Advanced.
- 5 years of experience in this position.
- US Visa available.
