Commercial Coordinator Marketplace
Requisitos
Escolaridad: Lic. Finanzas, Lic. Economía, Lic. Negocios internacionales, Lic. Administración, Lic. Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
Años y área de experiência: 3 a 5 años en la industria del retail, área comercial o de ventas.
Idiomas: Inglés
- Avanzado.
Conocimientos técnicos: Office intermedio - avanzado (excel).
Competencias: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Lugar de trabajo: Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México.
Horario: Lunes a viernes
Propósito y actividades del puesto:
Diseñar y ejecutar el plan comercial y de comunicación para las marcas y categorías asignadas, alineado con la estrategia de Marketplace. El propósito principal será incrementar las ventas, aumentar el número de POCS (Puntos de Contacto) y maximizar la monetización, asegurando coherencia con las metas comerciales y la experiência de usuario.
**Responsabilidades**:
1. Desarrollar Estrategias Comerciales: Crear planes de acción para las marcas y categorías asignadas, asegurando que estén alineadas con la visión global de la estrategia de Marketplace.
2. Implementación de Comunicaciones de Marca: Ejecutar campañas de comunicación para promover productos, ofertas y nuevas colecciones, garantizando la visibilidad y el Engagement de las marcas.
3. Optimización de la Conversión: Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de análisis de datos para monitorear el desempeño de las campañas y ajustar las estrategias para maximizar ventas y la conversión.
4. Gestión de POCS: Identificar y maximizar los puntos de contacto con el cliente, tanto online como offline, asegurando que sean eficaces en la comunicación de la marca y en la conversión de leads
5. Monetización: Gestionar las tácticas que impulsan la rentabilidad, buscando constantemente nuevas oportunidades para incrementar ingresos a través de ventas directas y tácticas de cross-selling y up-selling.
6. Análisis de Tendencias de Mercado: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de consumo, competidores y cambios en el mercado digital para ajustar la estrategia comercial y comunicacional.
