**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Participar de fórums técnicos regionales y globales, interactuar con otras unidades de negocio en inglés y centros de fabricación para investigaciones de análisis de causa raíz y desarrollo de nuevos productos New Product Development Introduction.
- Realizar un análisis de preparación del área Servicios para recibir nuevos productos y proyectos en la región, para asegurar que el equipo tenga entrenamiento, como refacciones y así como otros puntos clave para la experiência del cliente.
- Proveer soluciones técnicas especializadas y customizadas a los clientes en conjunto con el equipo comercial de servicios Vertiv incluyendo análisis de horas laborales necesarias para los proyectos.
- Apoyar los casos complejos y de mayor análisis que vienen del Tier I.
- Recibir cursos o capacitaciones de productos y software en los centros de entrenamientos Vertiv o en las fábricas.
- Realizar análisis técnico remoto con base en documentación Vertiv y normas regionales.
- Proveer sugerencias para actualización del TKO y otras librerías Vertiv con base en las consultas recibidas por los clientes y equipo de servicios Vertiv.
- Realizar y presentar a los clientes los análisis de causa raíz y documentaciones técnicas con respecto a las soluciones Vertiv y estrategias de apoyo.
**Educación y certificaciones**:
- Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica o áreas relacionadas (finalizadas o en culminación de carrera).
- De 5 a 7 años de experiência.
- Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura) y un nível conversación intermedio.
**Requerimientos**:
- Antigüedad mínima en la posición actual de 18 meses.
- Buen manejo herramientas informáticas.
- Habilidades con redacción de textos y buen nível del idioma local.
- Conocimientos técnicos en Mecánica.
- Conocimiento en normas técnicas de Calidad y Seguridad HSE.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y proactivo.
