We are looking for hundreds of **Customer Service Representatives**
Compensation**:USD3 - 5/hourly.**
+ Overtime pay (1.5x pay rate)
+ Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate)
Location**:Remote (for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay residents).**
Skills**:Beginner in customer care, technical support, and phone support.**
Responsibilities and more:
- The customer service representative (CSR) will provide call servicing and support functions to United States-based client companies.
- Primary responsibility is call-servicing, both inbound and outbound, for internal or external customers, and may include additional activities as the client needs.
- Additional activities can vary, including retention and sales initiatives/campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.
**Salary**: $54.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
