We are growing in our biggest plant in Mexico and for this reason we are also looking for an ambitious and results-driven Director of Finance to join our core team.

**FINANCE DIRECTOR (Mexican plant)**:
**Job purpose**: you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing all the financial aspects of the business with the main goal of achieving Company's financial objectives.

**Organization**: reports directly to CEO Mexico Business Unit

**What you get to do**:

- lead, review and support all the financial, accounting and administrative reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral and yearly) both for CEO and Corporate team
- projection of the Financial Statements for creation of budget and forecast
- control of the deviations in terms of costs, earnings, cash flow and net fiancial position
- anticipate the financial needs of the Operations and advise CEO on the required actions related to them
- control on the compliance with all the authorities an auditors (fiscal, social security, customs, banks,..)
- relationship with the banks and financial institutions
- improve or change, if needed, current practices and processes optimization to encrease efficiency and meet CEO and Corporate team expectations
- set targets for finance personnel and set up KPIs for fiancial performance.
