**Engineer Manager**

Escolaridad Lic. o Ingeniería en Sistemas en Tecnología, o carreras afines.

Experiência mínima de 8 años desarrollando en la tecnología a supervisar

Mínimo 1 año en manejo de equipos de desarrollo de software

Trabajo en ambientes de nube AWS.

Conocimientos base en arquitecturas frontend y backend.

Uso de Jira y Github.

Desarrollos Java y Kotlin
- Patrones de arquitectura: MVVM siguiendo los principios SOLID para el desarrollo de Apps en Android, clean arquitect, MVM, MVP.
- Patrones de diseño: Singleton, Adapter y Builder
- Consumo de servicios con retrofit.
- Ciclo de vida de Activity, librerías de Jetpack (navigation component, encrypter shared,preference, livedata, viewmode y room.

Actividades principales:

- Supervisar y liderar el equipo asignado, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
- Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de planes de trabajo
- Evaluar el desempeño de los miembros del equipo, dar retroalimentación oportuna y solicitar los cambios necesarios.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y avances tecnológicos relevantes, proponiendo e implementando nuevas tecnologías cuando sea apropiado.
