Now we are looking for this position:
**SAP CRM Consultant + Customer Business Planning (SAP TPM Manager)**

**Main Purpose**
The main purpose of this role will be to support Enterprise Solutions DevSecOps by

1) Support operations stability in the Sector by owning the Program level AMS Managed Service Provider engagement for Enterprise Solutions to ensure adherence to contract SLA, KPIs

2) Introducing new Enterprise Solutions or common services from Capex planning through fully operationalizing the new service

3) Train the end users on the use of the standard tools, reports and processes to support DevSecOps transition and evolution

4) This role will adopt and adhere to PEP SAFe agile principles for the PBNA PGT solution.

**Accountabilities**
- Partner with the Customer Business Planning Global Process Lead, Pricing & Rebates Global Process Lead, and Trade Optimization Global Process Lead to implement, deliver and sustain the end-to-end solution
- Support decision-making for Trade Management and Optimization localization of functionality of the Global Template
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities.
- Ensure lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the Markets, especially around interfaces to approved retained legacy or other SAP systems.
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against.
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies.
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements.

Qualifications:
**Education/requirements**
- English advanced
- 4+ years of SAP CRM or SAP TPM experience
- 2+ years of SAP S4/HANA experience preferred
- SAP SD knowledge

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
