Ejecutivo de Customer Service

Principales actividades:

- Identificar oportunidades de crosselling y upselling.
- Preparar propuestas de valor para clientes (licitaciones y cotizaciones).
- Colaboración con Peers: Operaciones, Pricing y Ventas para la resolución de conflictos externos e internos.
- Detectar y Desarrollar el plan de acción ante amenazas de los clientes y competencia.
- Preparar propuestas de valor para clientes (licitaciones y cotizaciones).
- Seguimiento de cuentas asignadas de acuerdo a la estrategia comercial.
- Asistir a citas comerciales y preparar la información relevante para la cuenta.
- Planeación de operación de la cuenta y seguimiento con el ejecutivo comercial.

Conocimiento
- Ingles intermedio - avanzado
- Experiência en modalidades Marítimo, Aéreo y Terrestre
- Comercio Internacional

**Requisitos**:

- 2 años de experiência en el puesto
- Carrera LRI, LCE, LNI

Ofrecemos:
Salario base mas comisión

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes

Pago complementario:

- Bono de asistencia
