**Job Required Qualification**:
** 1 - 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center preferred**
** English language advance written and verbal/Spanish language advance.**
** Live in metropolitan area Monterrey, Mexico.**
** Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience. (preferred)**
