**Responsibilities**

**Master Planner Short Term Brazil**

**Main purpose**

This role is in charge of running MPS on a daily basis to ensure all line optimization and making certain that the production target matches the demand loaded into the tool. In addition, this role is responsible for configuring DPP correctly before executing a MPS in order to consider all the restrictions (RM, capacity, endowment, operational constraints or any other that we may have) so, this means that this person has to be involved in several sessions to be aware of these restrictions that must be loaded into the tool. Morover, this role is accountable for MPS adherence, so he or she must lead local planners to plan according to the committed MPS solve.
