**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**

The Master Planner Maquilas is the responsible for developing the multipack production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum inventory. The role will be responsible for providing the Maquilas Pepsico with a daily production plan with 16 weeks horizon, the plans must be consistent with the production line capacity and sales forecast. In addition, the MP must develop a manual MPS production plan to ensure that external Copackers are receiving PepsiCo needs in a timely fashion.
The Master Planner Maquilas is also responsible for carrying out the planning processes using PepsiCo tools, DPP, BY, SAP, and ensuring that DPP is set up properly and keep it updated (Maquilas PepsiCo)
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Responsible for ensuring Fill Rate targets across all OUs (being responsible for multipacks).
- Deliver daily production plans with 16 weeks horizon merging the tool´s proposal and Master Planner criteria for generating the best solution for the business. (Multipacks).
- Deliver the weekly production plan (manual) to five external copackers across CARICAM, also share with them a three months projection to assess copackers future capacities.
- Be the Multipacks supply planning point person with the OU stakeholders, gather, understand and communicate the opportunities along the supply planning area.
- Responsible for supply planning KPIs; DLS adherence, MPS Adherence, unselables, raw material write off, DII multipack finished goods.
- Work along with maquilas staff to look for best practices to impact positively: capacities, change overs, waste, overtime.
- DPP set up, changes, improvements and updates must be executed by the master planner, the tool have to be aligned and updated with the maquila parameters, BPM, Seasoning Matrix, Platform Matrix, Constraints, among others.
- Attend to the S&OP and S&OE meetings, the multipack master planner has to communicate the supply planning risks and oppporttunities to the Demand Planning process.
- Communicate to the Supply Chain local leader the multipack finished goods unselables risks to develop an action plan to mitigate it.
- Daily meetings along with local schedulers and Maquila staff to define the best strategy for ensuring customer service at the best cost, under a safety environment.
- Weekly meetings with local team and external copackers to understand opportunities and action plans to ensure no business disruptions and fill rate agreed.
- Weekly meetings with DRP and MRP planners to identify opportunities and set up the actions plan to anticipate any fill rate impact.
Qualifications:
**KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
SKILLS
- Supply Chain professional with experience throughout supply planning processes.
- 03 - 05 years of experience in supply planning positions.
- Extremely communicative, flexible and able to pass on information in a clear and timely way.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at different levels of the company.
- Analytical and results-oriented.
- Ease of handling large amounts of information and numbers.
