**EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES**:

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITY**:
Assistance/Guidance to employees and HR specialists from other plants regarding any issues

Assist the Compensations Manager with reviewing and updating promotion or compensation formats and generation of job offers

Updating of HR tress system

Staff services such as letters, HC reports, general information (department vacations, payroll, savings, benefits)

Send monthly report of turnover and absenteeism of SHS Mexico

Control of major expense system - registration of new hire date, updates or turnovers

**KEY FUNCTIONS**:
IDL salary and benefit analysis for the participation in the yearly wage surveys

Preparation of job offer letters for all Mexico plants

Presents job offers to new hire SHS personnel

Support to Compensations manager for the workflow(promotions/salary adjustments) process of all ECI Mexico plants

Control and Organize approved compensations and promotions folder

Distribution of company policies and tables of benefits to employees

Support in the hiring process

Administration of Head Count by department

Control and filing of employee paper files and electronic database (register permissions, vacations, overtime, department updates, etc.)

Share Services Mexico home office control, updates system

Planning and coordinating events for SHS Mexico, like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, etc

Updating of life insurance data

Analysis and concentration of information

Recruitment of interns: publication of vacancies in the different universities, appointments for interviews, registration and update of the internship database and delivery of a badge and scholarship card.

Staff services such as letters, reports, general information (vacations, payroll, savings, benefits)

Administration of minor medical expenses: receive request forms, verifies data, sends to the insurer, follows up to send the settlement, once the settlement is received, sends to payroll for reimbursement to the employee

Takes resignations and updates system

Weekly sends IDSE movements (salary changes) for update in IMSS

Managers Family Scholarship Refunds

Manages Reimbursement for assistance of the death of an immediate family member
