**HR Generalist - Recruiting Specialist**

**Job Summary**

Supervise and conduct staffing process, implementing human resources strategies to talent attraction and compensation.**Primarily Job Responsibilities**
- Hiring of DL & IDL employees: Monitor selection process, keep updated requirements of all areas (DL & IDL), communication staff status of hiring process and Supervise and coordinate agencies services.
- Support Employee Relations: Provides help to resolve employee conflicts. Maintains open communication channels with employees by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures. Helps to identify emerging or potential Human Resources issues and providing attention to employees
- Employee Services: Employee transportation coordination to provide proper service for users. Supervision of service (Buses audits, improvements suggestions follow up, attention to service complaints). Transportation service request for all areas.
- Compensation: HR Generalist is involved in personnel-related planning and decision-making. Conducts research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, such as compensation statistics and market analysis. Duties include conducting position evaluations, job classifications, preparing job deEscrituraions, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws. Collaborates with others to determine staffing needs, design and adjust salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Labor Relations / Communication (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual English /Spanish.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as HR Supervisor.
- Manufacturing Industry experience.
- Automotive Industry (Desirable).
- Analytical skills.
- Computer Skills (MS Office, TRESS system).
