Finops Coordinator

Process ARs in Billing WB and Matching AP invoices for all the information received and gather for all the Inventory and B2B locations, Corporate and Commercial flights, for Aviation, Land or Marine.

AR invoice delivery (Mexico activity)

Performed Vendor Reconciliations and dispute resolution.

Review unbilled and exposure and expedite ticket requests.

AR Dispute resolution and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify constantly all received reports (FBO websites) in order to detect unbilled flights, derived from FBOs’ adjustments.
- For Marine transactions, the billing process is through the Felix platform.

Land activity demands from the Finops coordinator to work on the setup of prices, fees, and specific market conditions and local regulations. Tickets request and expediting information Dispute resolution and root cause analysis of AR transactions.
