Key Responsibilities:
- Liase with suppliers to request statements of account, reconcile these statements against our aging report.- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations- Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.- If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.- Collaborate with supplier to resolve financial discrepancies and issues promptly.- Provide support to Supplier Relationship Management by providing relevant information on supplier transactions and analytics to help on decision making, escalation and negotiation processes.- Support process improvement.- Train and coach new members in the Vendor Rec chapter- Prepare and maintain process metrics to measure Vendor Rec performance.

Essential Criteria- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting related degree is a plus.- Advanced English (+B2)- Knowledge of Oracle and related programs- Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
