**Job Description**:
We're hiring a Contract Administrator to manage service contracts in SAP, negotiate with clients, ensure compliance, and collaborate with teams. Requires 2+ years of administration and accounting experience, a relevant degree, English proficiency, and SAP knowledge.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analysis of the supports for the entry and administration of service contracts in the SAP system.
- Responsible for negotiating, structuring and/or managing contractual documents that establish commercial relationships with clients and/or distributors.
- You will work with the sales, proposals and service teams, as well as the legal department to structure contracts.
- You will analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
- You will participate in global meetings for the analysis and entry of new offers. Must lead process handover projects to the operations team in India.
- You must provide detailed information to the service manager about the development of contracts/projects in your area.
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience **And** Education**
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Relations, International Business or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration or accounting area.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English
- Knowledge of the SAP system
