**Resumen del trabajo**:
Liderear y dar soporte en proyectos six sigma para la el cumplimiento de los factores críticos del negocio.

**Lo que hara**:

- Desarrollo y administración de portafolio de proyectos 6 sigma (OIA / Evolution/Competitividad)
- Liderear proyectos six sigma para alcanzar objetivos estratégicos de planta
- Soporte con metodología y herramientas lean a los lideres de proyectos 6 sigma

**Escolaridad**:

- Titulo universitario. Ingenieria o afin.

**Habilidades**:
**Resolución de problemas**:

- Identificara el problema, trabajara con el equipo multidisciplinario en encontrar la causa raíz haciendo uso de las herramientas lean.

**Mejora del proceso**:

- Mediante los mapeos de los procesos, identificara estado actual
- oportunidades en los diferentes procesos y trabajara con DMAIC

**Administración de proyectos**:

- Habilidad para planear, organizar, seguimiento y control de los proyectos asigandos
- Conocimiento de las diferentes etapas dentro del proyecto y los entregables necesarios en cada una de ellas.

**Conocimiento y uso de metodología six sigma**:

- Conocer las metodologías six sigma: DMAIC/DMEDI y aseguramiento del uso de los conceptos en el desarrollo de cada proyecto

- Turno de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes
- Ingles :Intermedio
