Continuous Improvement Engineer

Activities Identification of Improvement Opportunities through tools such as Gap Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and P&L. Follow‑up on identified projects according to Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Lean, JDI, Kaizen, A3. Kaizen Event Facilitator. Support for Direct Labor Productivity Analysis and Action Plan follow‑up. Coaching and deployment of Continuous Improvement tools: 5S, Daily Management System, TPM, Improvement Ideas. Follow‑up with Champions after deployment. Project Management: Centralize and manage the improvement project portfolio, monitoring progress and goal achievement. Awareness campaigns for the implementation of New Systems and Lean Methodologies. This job might be for you if you meet the following qualifications: Bachelor Degree in related area (Mechanical or Industrial Engineer) +2 years of experience in this role Manufacturing or production background experience Knowledge in continuous improvement methodology (5s, 8 wastes, kaizen events, etc) Experience in continuous improvement projects Leadership skills Proactive and working in team English advance level Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
