**Maintenance Department Technical Advisor**
**Salary**: $70,000 - $100,000 MXN per month
**Location**: Monterrey District / Montemorelos, Mexico

Japanese nationality.

**RequirementsLanguages**
- Japanese: Business level
- Spanish: Business level

**Experience**
- Facility management in factories.
- PLC electrical system maintenance (Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens).
- Experience working in a Japanese company (preferred).
- Certifications: IATF16969 and ISO14001.

**Technical Skills**
- Management of Japanese and Korean production equipment (over 80% of equipment).
- Equipment modification to reduce labor and energy consumption.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in coordination with Japanese manufacturers.

**Other**
- Ability to work as technical support for a Mexican department manager.
- Manage and maintain production equipment, primarily Japanese and Korean brands.
- Exchange technical information with Japanese manufacturers to prevent equipment failures.
- Implement modifications to existing equipment to optimize resources.
- Coordinate spare parts acquisition with Japanese manufacturers.
- Oversee capital investment projects, from planning to implementation.
- Prepare technical documents (in Japanese) for internal and engineering reviews.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Spare Parts Management**:

- Establish communication between Mexican and Japanese teams for spare parts acquisition and technical support.
- **Communication with Local Teams**:

- Act as a liaison between local engineers and Japanese manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
- **Response to Critical Equipment Failures**:

- Coordinate recovery efforts with manufacturers and specialized technicians.
- **Project Planning**:

- Assist in creating detailed proposals, specifications, and performance validations for capital investment projects.
- **Budget and Technical Reviews**:

- Develop and manage budgets and technical reviews in collaboration with local and international teams.
