Tasks
Coordina actividades de mejora enfocadas a KPI's específicos, asegura cumplir estándares de producción, reducción de scrap, objetivos de calidad y requerimientos de clientes asi como normas de calidad
vigentes. Identifica métodos para cumplir los objetivos de calidad, realizar planes de producción, impartir capacitación y participa en el análisis de defectos para implementar acciones de mejora. A su vez se asegura que el personal en producción siga las hojas de trabajo estandarizado a las líneas de producción que sea aplicable.
Se asegura que el control de personal fijo y variable se encuentre dentro de los objetivos establecidos.

**Qualifications**:

- Ingeniero electrico, mecanico, electronico o carrera afin
- Experiência en ramo electrónico mínimo dos años
- Experiência en manejo de personal, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, estructurado, disciplinado
- Habilidades organizativas y de liderazgo.
- Habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas
- Con motivación propia y un enfoque orientado a los resultados
- Conocimientos en metodología de solución de problemas
- Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, Procesos SMT, 6sigma, proyectos Lean, habilidad de presentación
