**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Primary Function**
- Responsible for the overall operation of the molding plant, and the overall management of people, machines, materials, methods and environment.
- Overall planning in plastic raw material supply, injection molding, assembly group and other production work.
- KPI (Key Performance Indicators) I indicators control in safety, quality, raw material utilization rate, mold failure rate, machine failure rate, UPPH(Unit Person per Hour), MVA(Manufacturing value added), energy consumption per unit, etc.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Formulate production and operation objectives of molding plant, designate annual production work plan, and guide production work in full swing.
- Responsible for personnel and resource scheduling management of each section, and determine the reasonable production schedule of the production line to ensure the completion of tasks on time and with quality.
- Participate in the preliminary review of new mold development and design to ensure the rationality of mold opening and process planning.
- Master the data audit of the workshop, timely understand the capacity, product loss rate, defective goods and heavy industry, etc.
- Responsible for organizing the repair and maintenance of workshop machinery and equipment, making instructions and decisions on equipment repair and parts purchase and replacement.
- In charge of production meetings, safety meetings and other relevant important meetings, and control the production plan and performance of each unit in time.
- Ensure that the workshop complies with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.
- Supervise 5S management of each section, and pass various system requirements and reviews of customers.
- Responsible for communication and coordination of production processes of all units, and timely adjustment of production plan.

**Qualifications**
- Basic Qualifications

College degree or above, major in injection molding, tooling or related field.

Mechanical background in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry or other consumer electronics product, at least 5 years of Molding experience
