Supervisory responsibilities of Team Leaders on all shifts- Ensure plastic injection production equipment quality and efficiency in production.- Work with the engineering team to improve the production process and reduce cycle times.- Plan and coordinate resources to meet production objectives and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.- Ensure occupational health and safety standards are met at all the times.- Identify and resolve problems in the production process and take preventive measures to avoid future problems.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Supervise the maintenance and repair of plastic injection production equipment.- Supervise the mold workshop, ensuring correct repair and maintenance of molds.- Develop, implement and maintains training program to ensure production plans align with necessary skills and competencies.- Strives for continuous improvement in all areas of production, particularly quality and cost control working closely with Team Leaders, Engineering, quality and other relevant areas.- Oversee and lead the project team to ensure product deliver is within the stipulated time.- planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.- ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan.What You Need- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork & Respect, Excellence.- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.- Must be willing to maintain technological competency to develop and manage world class manufacturing facility.- A minimum of 6 years of injection molding is required.- Experience in a leadership position in the plastic injection production department.- Technical background in plastic injection production processes, tooling, equipment, material, manufacturing and quality.- Analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to perform the job.- and the operation of equipment.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in plastic injection production.- English 90%What is Nice to Have- Strong Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Result Driven.- Analytical.- Problem solving skills.- Results orientedWhat Makes You Eligible- Willingness to travel.- Willingness to work in an office.What We Offer- Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location- Access to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)- Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University- Competitive wellness benefits- Tuition Reimbursement- Access to HARMAN Campus Fitness Center and Cafeteria- An inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal developmentHARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
