The Associate Product Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position. **Responsibilities**: - Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to different projects with significant business impact - Serve as point of contact on product customization projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization - Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to different projects with significant business impact - Facilitate client and business partners processes by resolving operations and service issues that may arise. - Document new processes and/or changes to existing ones, ensure smooth business implementation, continuous controls monitoring - Elaborate and follow up business projects time plans - Elaboration of executive reports and presentations**Qualifications**: - Relevant experience preferred - Practical experience of multiple business cycles - Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services - At least 1 year of experience in project management and implementation, processes definitions or product management - Previous relevant experience, preferably in the commercial banking industry - Managing relationships with clients and business partners - Demonstrated project and task management skills - Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication - High attention to detail, quality and accuracy - Ability to work in teams and with different areas - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Adaptation to changes - English: spoken and written **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree in commerce, business management, economics, engineering or related disciplines - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Product Management - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
