**Aufgaben**
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Plans, coordinates and executes On
- site and remote employee engagement activities and events that enhance employee satisfaction and commitment.
- Creates, coordinates and reports results for employee satisfaction surveys, clomate surveys, exit surveys and stay interviews.
- Recommends changes to employee engagement strategy based on trends, third - party vendor feedback and independent research.
- Responsabible for conducting the full employee life-cycle analysis developing metrics and dashboards to track employee experience over time.
- Collaborate with the internal communications and Human Capital Team to develop communication strategies that give voice to employees and their needs, as well as communicate anniversaries, changes, departures and new hires.
- Develop, plan and executive employee recognition programs
**Profil**
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration or related careers
- Intermediate English
- Organization
- Analytical skills
