Zurich Capability Center is looking for a**Business Analyst****Main Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the various areas involved.- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of needs into deliverables.- Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and results.**Requirements**:- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (preferably Commercial Insurance, Property & Casualty).- Solid knowledge of insurance sector products, processes, and regulations.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.- Experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, international environment.- English level: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory)**Who we are**Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
