At EOSOL we are looking for an **Office Engineer** in the Civil area.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- 2+ years of relevant Office Engineer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to manipulate and edit data and create
- reports.
- Knowledgeable of TXDOT procedures
- Knowledgeable of construction materials, methods and procedures
- Experience working with contract documents and construction plans and specifications.
- Preferably local people
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Support Project Engineer with information for preparation and maintenance of
- construction schedules.
- Support Project Engineer preparing, process TXDOT submittals, especially MOH.
- Process material’s acceptance letters.
- Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs.
- Complete field inspection reports for the Project Engineer.
- Track, document and manage project issues and conditions.
- Help prepare monthly project status reports.
- Assist in project close-out activities including the resolution of potential claims.
- Track and process all contract payments including fuel, asphalt and steel adjustments.
- Other duties as assigned.
