At EOSOL we are looking for an Office Engineer in the Civil area.
**Location**: Lubbock,Texas
Qualifications/Requirements
2+ years of relevant Office Engineer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to manipulate and edit data and create
reports.
Knowledgeable of TXDOT procedures
Knowledgeable of construction materials, methods and procedures
Experience working with contract documents and construction plans and specifications.
Preferably local people
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
Support Project Engineer with information for preparation and maintenance of
construction schedules.
Support Project Engineer preparing, process TXDOT submittals, especially MOH.
Process material’s acceptance letters.
Maintain organized and detailed construction files, project records and logs.
Complete field inspection reports for the Project Engineer.
Track, document and manage project issues and conditions.
Help prepare monthly project status reports.
Assist in project close-out activities including the resolution of potential claims.
Track and process all contract payments including fuel, asphalt and steel adjustments.
Other duties as assigned.
