**What we offer**:

- Technical analysis and cataloguing NPI process entries (materials for new launches, new part numbers, engineering change orders)
- Coordinate RFQ process for NPI process entries, including RFQ execution thru an electronic bidding tool when needed
- Kick off and follow up meetings with stakeholders to ensure they execute assigned NPIs activities
- Prepare Business Cases and Total Cost Ownership files to support commercial decisions on NPI process entries
- Work closely with Product Managers, Specialists and Advance Procurement team to ensure specs of materials for new launches are submitted correctly
- Tracking KPIs (attainment, aging) of NPI process entries and communicate results to Procurement Leadership
- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives through VAVE/ New suppliers development or alternate processes approval
- Formulate Procurement NPI strategies and plans / executes multifunctional projects
- Perform risk analysis identification in NPI process entries with action plans to mitigate it, and communicate it to stakeholders
- Other Procurement NPI responsibilities as assigned

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in related field

+3 years of experience executing Procurement NPI activities, coordinating NPI projects

Proficient English

Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access)

Experience using SAP or other ERPs

**Required Skills**:
Negotiation

Analytical

Critical Thinking

Strategies formulation

Effective communication

Understands and interprets CAD drawings

**Preferred skills**:
PMP certification or equivalent

Green Belt Certification

Power BI, Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
