What we offer:- Coordinate the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes thru different entries: PNRs (new part numbers), No Vendors, PPAMs (RFQs for new products launching), Costing Incomplete and COs (change orders).- Set and execute procedures, working instructions and operative system to ensure compliance.- Participate and facilitate in new program quote activities involving pricing reviews with cross-functional stakeholder team members.- Meet department KPIs: closing on time all process entries.- Report results of established KPIs to Procurement Manager.- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives through VAVE/scale. negotiations/New suppliers, advance procurement department.- Ensure materials in SAP are classified and set up in SAP correctly for the NPI processes execution.- Support business and financial objectives executing NPI processes.- Formulate NPI department strategies and plans / execute multifunctional projects.- Team player who owns the responsibility of completing all process entries in time, and according the NPI department strategies.- Leads cross-functional teams and/or similar for the accomplishment of related goals.- Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.- Manages time and responsibilities despite the location, i.e. supplier location, home, business trip.- Perform risk analysis identification under its activities with action plans to mitigate any.- Conducts themselves following Dematic’ s rules of ethic and compliance.Tasks and Qualifications:**Education**:- College Degree, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related- Master's Degree is a plus- APICS Certification in CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, SCOR-P or PMP is a plus- Green Belt - Six Sigma Certification is a plus**Experience**:- 3 years management experience- Technical background to interpret complex drawings, understand technical projects scope and requirements, discuss technical topics with stakeholders- Project Management experience- SAP, JIRA and Microsoft Office**Skills**:- Negotiation- Teamwork- Goal driven- Effective Communication- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues- Leadership- Analytical thinking- Persuasion- Ability to perform a business plan- Interpersonal skills- Developing people
