In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, were you will be in charge of guiding the clients of a company from the moment before the purchase until the support, this is for the use of the product or service and promote the retention of those.

**Activities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication with the clients.
- Create, monitor, and use the loyalty strategies of the client.
- Excellent redaction and reading comprehension.
- Prevent problems that a user of a product could experience.
- Translating content from Spanish to English.
- Investigation and synthesis of the information of the topics.
- Contact and written and spoken follow up of the clients.
- Organizing meetings.
- Data analysis.
- Presentation and following up client’s results.
- Role as an intermediary between external and internal communication.

**Requisites**:
Area Study: Degree in International Relationships, Degree in communication, Degree in Marketing, Degree in Administration, Degree in Education

Education Level: Degree

Specialty, Education, Pedagogy

Work experience. Minimum 2 years in similar positions.

Language: Advanced English (required)
