Sr. Web Engineer

We are looking for a proven iOS developer to work alongside our Web, iOS, and Servers developers on a cross functional delivery team.
Our developers innovate rather than merely follow a script. We value their input and ideas,

staying at the forefront of the industry. Our iOS and tvOS apps are built entirely in Swift,
targeting the latest iOS releases, and we always strive to leverage the newest features and
improvements.

This role is fully remote, but must be based in Mexico. With full work authorization already in effect. No Visa sponsorship available.

**What you will need**:

- Nature and scope of influence this position has on its area of responsibility/operation (When you write each key deliverable, use action-oriented language to show how they achieve results)
- Complete delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals.
- Help the business maintain a competitive edge by leveraging the latest Web technologies.
- Rely on feature flags to rapidly deploy and iterate on new features and lower the risk of delivering software to production.
- Participate in forums to explore interests outside of the sprint work and contribute ideas to continuously improve the system.
- Commit to the team to help the team and the wider business achieve our goals.

**Qualifications**
- Plus 5 years of Web Development Including 3+ Years of Vue
- Advanced/ conversational English.

Computer skills (must haves):

- Strong Knowledgeable of Vue 3 and Typescript
- Experience with associated packages like Bun, Deno, or Nest.js
- CI/CD GitHub Actions
- API-first design using Open Api Spec (OAS)
- Comfortable developing RESTful APIs
- Writing Testable Code
- Trunk Based Development & Continuous Delivery

Nice to Have:

- Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Systems Architectures
- Generating endpoints and models from OAS
- Comfortable developing server-side JavaScript with Node.js
- Launch Darkly Feature Flagging
- Docker

Other knowledge: Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
