Involves support in the reception of products and fulfillment of customer orders through operational processes, to ensure that customer material is in optimal condition at the required time.

Descripción General de Puesto:
Bajo supervisión general realiza las siguientes actividades:

- Realiza entrega y recolección de paquetes de forma eficiente y segura.
- Revisa los paquetes para garantizar su etiquetado adecuado, la legalidad del contenido, incluidos el peso y el tamaño, embalaje adecuado, valores asegurados y los requisitos especiales para envíos de materiales peligrosos.
- Proporciona con pulcritud y precisiónla la documentación relacionada con la recolección y entrega de paquetes, como guías aéreas, registros de entrega, estado del vehículo, etc.
- Busca negocios adicionales a los clientes actuales, si no tiene éxito, los canalizza con el gerente de ventas.
- Informa a operaciones de la estación, gerente y ventas de cambios en manejo de clientes y/o competidores.
- Cargar y descargar aeronaves y vehículos de la empresa de forma segura.
- Sorteo y auditorías de tamaño y peso de paquetes y cajas.
- Garantiza el uso de equipos de seguridad y el pleno cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos, normas, reglas y prácticas de seguridad de FedEx.
- Opera los vehículos de la empresa de manera segura y realiza el mantenimiento básico (limpieza, lavado, presión de llantas, etc.)

Requisitos mínimos:
Nível mínimo de estudios:

- Secundaria concluida.
- Ingles Básico preferente

Experiência Mínima:

- Experiência preferente en operación de rampa y equipos de almacen.

Habilidades mínimas requeridas:

- Capacidad para levantas 32 Kg y para maniobrar paquetes con un peso de hasta 150 lbs. (68kgs) con el equipo apropiado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos variables.
- Mantenimiento de vehiculos y experiência en manejo de herramientaas manuales y electricas preferente.

- Habilidades para resolver problemas
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
