Job Description
- Manage capacity requirements planning at the manufacturing plant level and with the supply base both intercompany and external suppliers.
- Develop and implement shop floor production control processes and monitor in a daily basis to ensure production attainment and on time complete and delivery on time.
- Execute the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) function while focused on maintain proper inventory levels to support production schedules and on time delivery.
- Follow stablished process in place to avoid Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory (OSMI)
- Define and implement ordering to process to improve cost, efficiency and reduce complexity while improving the lead time and agility to our customer.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by follow process - procedures, training and certification of each team member and ensuring and monitoring transactional discipline.
- Define and implement cycle count process and control management system.
- Inventory control and planning, including coordination of physical inventories.
- Create and develop efficient shipping schedules aligned to the production schedule to focus on time delivery and maximize cube utilization.
- Support and lead ERP updates, conversions, and implementations.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years + demonstrated experience in Materials, Supply Chain Management or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business or related field strongly preferred.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- ISM/APICS/CSCP certification preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Demonstrated experience in management and/or team leadership
- Excellent business acumen, problem solving, analytical skills and data driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly organized
