**Role Overview**:
Ensure timely delivery of the product to customers, obtaining customer satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives: OTD, DQ, LV
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review firm orders in JDE by client for timely shipment.
- Review JDE errors and their correction so that firm orders arriving via EDI are reflected correctly.
- Generate customer order file on the IMI network in the original format, for preparation and shipment.
- Generate JDE reports by customer by part number and expiration date.
- Support in monitoring the sending of ASNs to clients.
- Coordinate with production planning the manufacturing of products for shipment on time.
- Implement improvements to current processes to make the flow more efficient.
- Provide support to the different areas of the organization in activities that ensure customer satisfaction
**Critical Competencies for Success**
- Bachelor of International Commerce / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 to 8 yars of experience in Customer Service areas in the automotive industry indispensable.
- Fluent English, able to establish business communication.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Advance Excel level
- Use an ERP (JDE desirable)
- Hands on Leadership.
