**Responsibility**:- Advanced English communication skills,-- Proven Customer Support experience or experience as Client Service Representative,-- Ability to appreciate the customers’ perspective showing empathy,-- Active listening to fully engage the customer with their concerns,-- Ability to multi-task,-- Computer and online navigational ability to multi-task during customer interactions with multiple systems and resources,-- Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to the customer,-- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/concerns,-- Listen to customers’ concerns, maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints, issues and questions,-- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability,-- Able to manage stressful situations in customer Service Person.-- **Specification**:- Minimum High school Diploma-- Good year of Customer Service Experience-- Advanced proficiency in English- Available for full-time work- **Location**- Queretaro- **Job Function**- TECHNOLOGY- **Role**- Assistant- **Job Id**- - **Desired Skills**- Customer Service | IT Helpdesk | SMB Sales**Qualifications** : BACHELOR OF ARTS
