**What will you be doing?**
You will be working closely with companies across a variety of industries to help underperforming businesses navigate their restructuring process and create a lasting positive impact on the organization.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA or other advanced degree a plus) and:
- Financial modeling experience and solid understanding of financial statements
- 5+ years experience in restructuring, investment or commercial banking, business operations or accounting
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrates integrity, leadership and objectivity
- Team player who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment
- Ability to build a 13 week cash flow model without supervision
- Can contribute to development of a business plan
- Ability to lead a portion of a project and supervise client employees
