Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance on US retail locations. The Facilities Specialist will process service orders (tickets) via Facilities Management Software with maintenance and construction vendors across the United States and provide constant follow-up until work orders are complete.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Process service orders (tickets) via Facilities Management Software, servicing small-box retail locations across the US.
- Sourcing of maintenance and construction vendors across the United States. These vendors must agree to Confie's terms on payments, quality, and service standards.
- Coordinate furniture arrangements, new equipment installation, preventive and reactive maintenance between Sales Branch Managers, District Managers, and external service providers.
- Creation and follow-up of purchase requisitions with the Procurement team.
- Follow up vendor payments with the Accounts payable team.

**Requirements**:

- Education Level: High School
- Advanced English Level
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Basic maintenance or construction experience in the US
- Customer service activities
- Ability to track payments and transactions
