Job DescriptionWill be responsible for supporting the administrative peace of day-to-day building administrative maintenance and work order requests from operations, an average of 125 per month work orders. Also, will be responsible for close follow-up with security and cleaning vendors regarding billing, worked hours vs billing and material deliveries. Will work closely with the Health and Security team to ensure all documents and reports are added to the weekly, monthly, and annual reports.**Requirements**:Job responsabilities and functionsResponsible for daily janitorial and visual walkthroughsOrder materials and tools, working closely with the Purchasing Team.Receiving external services vendors and suppliers.Supervising remodeling and construction projects.Organize scanned files from techs in Facilities One Drive including reports, HSE required documentations or new procedures.Car´s maintenance, including services and updates.Coffee and Janitorial supplies inventoriesBuilding assets inventoryResponsible for keeping the floor plan updated and working with operations and training to make changes according to necessities.Responsible for providing operation space to employees coming back to the office.Responsible of 5´s through all floors in buildingsAttending tickets in service now.Create weekly payroll.
