Servicenow Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Requirements
**In this role, you will**:
- Develop, maintain, and execute quality test plans, and test cases for various testing activities. (unit, functional, integration, system, regression and performance testing)
- Responsible for the execution of quality testing activities to support ServiceNow projects, enhancements, and defects with close interaction of the ServiceNow platform team.
- Manage the defect’s identified during testing interacting with the ServiceNow platform team on the validation of the fixes made.
- Provide quality testing effort estimates to project managers, and scrum masters.
- Interface with customers in providing guidance during user acceptance testing, including test case execution and documentation.
- Working closely with the product & integration owners in building a ServiceNow platform quality regression test plan and regression test cases for the products and integrations which can be used during the annual platform upgrade and other development efforts.
- Assist the ServiceNow platform team with the creation of Agile story’s based off requirements received.
- Provide feedback to Technical Analyst(s) on artifacts created during the requirements & analysis phase.
- Assist with defining and refining the quality assurance standards and quality assurance best practices.
- Drive forward ServiceNow test automation adoption and strategies.
Work Experience
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience performing quality assurance responsibilities in support of ServiceNow.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areas.
- Strong understanding and use of IT quality methodologies & testing techniques (e.g. unit, integration, system, automated, performance). Their benefits & ability to utilize them to assure a high level of quality.
- Experience creating and executing detailed quality test plans and test cases based off requirements and stories.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with vendor partnerships and building cross functional team relationships.
- Experience using JIRA is a plus.
- Experience in building automated testing within ServiceNow (Automated Test Framework) is a plus.
- ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus.
