- Ensure the constant supply of materials to meet the requirements of our customers on time.
- Control and improve the inventory levels required by Gates of México and the client, ensure 100% deliveries to the client, supervise
and approve purchases of Gates of México for the benefit of the same.
- Manage the Materials department always seeking the benefit of the employee and the Company, purchase materials, equipment and
services in accordance with established regulations and policies.
- Develops sources of supply, preparing tenders or making contests, plans the entire process of the supply chain of the plant, and
plans the production of the plant as well as the materials to be purchased
