**Production Planning Manager**

**Your task and Responsabilities**:

- Manage the site Production plan for finished goods ensuring Customer Service Level % and production volumes within Budget.
- Keep KPIs on target for owned as planning team (e.g. Case Fill rate, inventory value, schedule adherence, release adherence) and as support area for the site KPIs (e.g OEE, RFT).
- Manage procurement planning of packaging materials, bulk, and raw materials, to fulfill the production requirements keeping a healthy Inventory value.
- Manage production scheduling to guarantee the optimal sequence and productivity.
- Partner with local peers to ensure Quality release on time and priority focus of production plan weekly and monthly volumes.
- Drive the optimal inventory level, according with the local policies and business requirements (Write off, DOS, Safety Stocks, Slow mover).
- Contribute with launches and transfers, and make sure first deliveries are on time.
- Keep informed the upper management through reports, presentations, and close communication.
- Ensures that all team employees are properly trained and adhere to safety policies and GMP procedures and development plans.

**Who you are**:

- Level of Education: Bachelors degree and desirable Master s degree.
- Career: Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Special Knowledge: SAP, APO, MS Office, Tableau.
- Desirable: knowledge and background of advanced planning systems / tools, APICS CPIM certified.
- Languages: English (Advanced).
- Work experience: 10 years in SCM and 2 years in a similar position (Production planning manager, Supply planning manager, S&OP) knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interface with all levels from staff to executive management.
- Competency: Business Insight, Build Effective Teams, Manages Ambiguity and Drives Results.
