**Requisitos**:

- **Experiência profesional mínima de 3 años en aplicaciones React de producción en TypeScript**(hooks, contexto, ajuste de rendimiento), HTML y CSS, incluyendo frameworks como TailwindCSS.
- **Nível de inglés avanzado o bilingüe a nível conversacional.**:

- Experiência práctica con herramientas de compilación modernas (Vite o similares), flujos de trabajo Git y pipelines de CI/CD.
- Conocimiento de Zustand u otras bibliotecas de estado ligeras como React Query y React Router.
- Familiaridad con Figma para especificaciones de componentes y prototipado rápido.
- Experiência en empresas startups o equipos dinámicos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Participar en la entrega de funcionalidades completas de apps frontend usando **React y TypeScript.**:

- Diseñar y documentar **APIs REST/GraphQL**, aportando en la integración con sistemas CRM, ERP y Hex Think/Act.
- Desarrollar **experiências en tiempo real** (WebSockets/SSE) usando **Zustand, React Query** y mejores prácticas de accesibilidad.
- Implementar procesos de **CI/CD** e infraestructura como código en AWS.
- Configurar métricas y telemetría (logs, trazas) para **observabilidad** y pruebas automatizadas (UAT).
- Optimizar **latencia, costos y confiabilidad** en la aplicación: caching, profiling y ajustes en consultas y bases de datos.
- Escribir código **limpio, bien documentado y probado** para contribuir a un sistema de diseño robusto (Figma, Storybook).
