Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Go-to-Market Strategy, Business Strategy, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- 5 years of experience in management consulting as a project guide or project manager.
- Experience with program or project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Excellent business leadership and distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver business implications and actions from data.
- Excellent project management skills in leading initiatives in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and slide designing skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. In this role, you will be a part of our Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team that plays an important role in developing the strategy for how Google Cloud operates, goes to market, and makes investment decisions globally. You will help define our overall go-to-market strategy, propose investment areas, plan initiatives and programs, analyze the financial viability of various decision-making options, and study the market to ensure we stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and market participants. You will be a partner to the executive leadership of Google Cloud and will build relationships of mutual trust.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate across several cross-functional Google teams in order to set and update the overall Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Google Cloud.
- Work with the leadership team to define where we make investments in terms of headcount and infrastructure.
- Execute initiatives to set up and optimize organization and its operating model to drive significant growth of the business.
- Drill into the financial viability of our business to understand the relative profitability of solutions, markets, and verticals in order to enhance the Profit and Loss of the business.
- Study the macroeconomic and engaging trends in the market to understand new initiatives we can undertake to accelerate our growth.
