Product Manager
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will support the Motion Sales organization (division and market) and our customers throughout the proposal process. You’ll act as a key technical resource in your area, preparing technical product descriptions, estimating costs, and delivering final documentation.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Business Unit in Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct analytical and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions and address complex inquiries.
- Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve customer issues, and support achievement of targets (orders, Net Price Variance, NPV, and Net Promoter Score, NPS).
- Ensure budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth across assigned product groups and countries.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or technical support for electric motors.
- Strong technical knowledge of electric motors.
- Advanced English (required).
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in mining, cement, or metals industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
