Information Technology Sr Business Analyst

We are looking for an awesome IT Senior Business Analyst to help us drive our future growth. In this role, you will work with leading edge technology such as video recognition, IoT, machine learning, and Salesforce automation to create next generation commercial platforms. This position is an individual contributor working in a global network to gather requirements, assess solutions and develop and implement solutions.

**What You’ll Do for Us**:

- Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan.
- Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.
- Create a communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
- Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customer’s specifications.
- Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Acts as a liaison between business units and 3rd party vendors
- Feels comfortable around technology; able to learn and in turn educate to other stakeholders on new opportunities

**Qualifications** & **Requirements**:

- Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience working in the Information Technology space
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in the technology field, understanding business processes and working through the Agile methodology to deliver, test and improve solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels with demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions
- Fluent in English, able to communicate efficiently (written and spoken) with global teams
- Project Management doing the following: manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.
- Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
- Owning business relationships with internal clients

**Differential** **Qualifications**
- Consulting experience in the technology field
- Proficient manipulating data, both Excel and PBI
- SQL Database programming
- Programming skills (language non-specific)
- Certified ScrumMaster, CSPO or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
- Experience in Customer / Commercial areas in Consumer industries
- Experience in Microsoft o365 + Microsoft PowerPlatform
- Portuguese
